Gridstate

Terms of Service

These terms govern Gridstate. Grayhaven Industries operates the service from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. A signed order form controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Effective August 31, 2026

Operator and agreement

Grayhaven Industries operates Gridstate and is the contracting party for self-serve plans. A signed order form can name a different contracting party.

In these terms, Gridstate means the website, customer console, data API, hosted MCP server, documentation, and related services.

Using Gridstate

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the service only in compliance with applicable law and your plan or written agreement. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and API keys.

Acceptable use

  • Do not probe, disrupt, overload, bypass limits, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or another customer account.
  • Do not resell, redistribute, or publish data except where your plan or written agreement expressly permits it.
  • Do not use Gridstate to make unlawful decisions or misrepresent screening results as utility commitments, engineering studies, legal opinions, or guaranteed capacity.
  • Do not remove source attribution, provenance, confidence indicators, limitations, or required notices from delivered data.

Data and product limitations

Gridstate organizes information from public and licensed sources for screening and research. Source records may be delayed, incomplete, revised, or incorrect. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, Gridstate does not certify utility service territory, available capacity, interconnection feasibility, upgrade cost, schedule, tariff eligibility, or regulatory outcome.

For a material decision, check the linked primary source. Then contact the relevant utility, regulator, or qualified professional. Confidence fields are not guarantees.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. Fees are charged through our payment provider and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a signed agreement. Usage limits, overage rates, and plan features are shown at purchase or in the applicable order form.

Availability and support

Self-serve plans do not include a contractual uptime service level. The public status page reports the current API check and published incidents.

A signed order form can include different support, response, and service-level terms.

Ownership and feedback

Gridstate and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, compilation, and documentation. Source data remains subject to its applicable source rights and attribution requirements. You retain rights in information you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate, secure, and support the service. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time. Gridstate can suspend access for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, legal requirements, or material breach. Payment, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits survive termination.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. Gridstate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid Gridstate for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a signed agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law and disputes

Oklahoma law governs these terms, without regard to its conflict rules. State and federal courts in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma have exclusive jurisdiction.
